Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in the investment and asset management industry.

She began her career in London at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1984; she then became a senior equities analyst at Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW), before moving to Schroders. In 1990 she joined Sweden’s Trygg Hansa SPP to manage its European pension funds. Sarah subsequently moved to J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in Geneva to manage advisory portfolios. In 1996 she joined Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as a Vice President and managed both institutional and private portfolios.

In 2000 Sarah launched White Mountain, a European equity long/short hedge fund and later joined the main investor in the fund, Canadian-based Arrow Hedge Partners. She established Arrow’s European operations, including manager research and selections for its fund of funds. She served on Arrow’s investment committee, also taking responsibility for its European investor relations, until 2009, when Arrow formed a joint venture with Generation Group. Since 2011, Sarah has served as an independent director and consultant for several asset management groups, specifically hedge fund and private equity strategies.

Sarah holds a Master Degree in Modern Languages and Philosophy from Lincoln College, Oxford.
